We already have the keys to the place. We have started to move, but we are not yet staying there. We should start living there by this coming Friday.

"When it came time to sell our home, we went through a series of one-on-one interviews with a number agents before selecting David. During the interview, David was completely upfront with his marketing plan, commission, and knowledge of the market. At no point did we feel that we were being duped by some "super-agent" that was only interested in taking our money. Most importantly, we felt completely comfortable with charging David with the responsibility of selling our home.
After our house went up for sale, we were in constant contact and communication with David. Whether we were looking for feedback on the showings of our house or just for a reassuring word, David always made himself available by phone and email.
Only four days after listing, David negotiated a conditional sale of our house at 100% of our asking price! Needless to say, we were absolutely thrilled! We would have been happy with getting the industry-average 98%, but David got it all for us!
