David's background has all been a building ground for his career in Real Estate. Growing up in the Etobicoke area and then moving to Markham/Stouffville as a teen, David attended St.Andrews College in Aurora for his high school years. After leaving University of Toronto, he followed a path in Information Technology, working with such companies as Bata Shoes, Parker Brother Games and Alfa Laval... In the early nineties, David switched gears completely and joined a colleague in the retail marketing business. As VP of Operations, he became a part of a small company that grew from 1M in sales to over 15M in sales a year, with key customers as A&P and Costco Canada.

But in the year 2000...that all changed, David found his stride, and has not looked back, his people skills and determination made him part of the TOP 3% in Sales for one of Canada's leading brokerages. David's experience includes a full range of client's needs from first time home buyers to downsizing seniors.
