East Credit, Mississauga is a newer neighbourhood in the North Central area. Bordered by Highway 403 to the South, 401 to the North, The Credit River to the West and Mavis Road to the East. Mostly a farmland area in the early 1980's East Credit grew to what tou see today btweem 1980 and 2000. A beautiful community with curvi linear streetscapes boasting cul-de-sacs you will find everything from large detached homes to condos. Most homes are detached and semi 3 and 4 bedrooms with 2 car garages. You will also find townhouses and condos scattered throughout the neighbourhood. Prices average for detached home around $1,465,000, Semis $1,110,000 Townhouses average $970,00 and condos come in around $859,000.

Greenspace is not known for this area but you have a few great areas for hiking and biking. The David J Fulham trail running over 18 kms and the trail running the Crdit River another great area for exercise. East Credit has a fantastic Community Centre River Grove that offers everything from pool to finess cente, gym and meeting rooms. Programs galore for all ages.  East Credt is home to one of Canada's most unique golf courses. Brea Ben offering a Championship 18 hole caourse and a par 3 nine hole. This golf course is well maintained and was built on and old dump.

Shopping is a plenty with the huge Heartland Centre offering over 180 stores. The are many oth plazas throughout the neighbourhood with big box and smaller boutique stores.

Food is a plenty with East Credit boasting every type of food you could imagine based on the variety of mixed cultures. Ma and Pa restaurants are scattered through the community of all origins. I gurantee a 5 minute drive will offer you all thet your tastebuds can handle.

East Credit offers a home for everyone from smaller condo units to luxury homes in smaller pckets. Most home are detached homes with 2 car garages. Detached homes tend to be 3 and 4 bedrooms houses. The average price for a detached home is $1,465,000. Townhouses and semis tend to be 3 bedroom homes with single car garages and the townhouses average $970,000 and semis $1.100.000. Condos come in all styles from luxuay buildings to the basic units at an average of $859,000. Most lots are average size with frontage from 29- 50 ft.. The depth ranges from under 100 to over 200 feet deep.
