The David Mosley Team sold our heritage home in Streetsville and we could not have been more pleased with them. We interviewed three realtors and David stood out as the perfect combination of being great/effective at his work (knowing the Streetsville market well), but not overbearing or pressuring in any way. Throughout our subsequent dealings it became clear that this is exactly how he is and why he is so successful! Interestingly he also predicted the highest sale price of our home, and our sale price was nearly exactly this prediction. After we agreed to have David sell our house, he met with us and we spoke on the phone regularly regarding what work we should have done to the house before it was listed. His advice and predictions in this regard were also spot-on in terms of what was required/would pay off to sell the house for the price we had discussed (major electrical updating, finishing some plaster repair/painting and floor refinishing). After the work on our home was completed he worked with us to get the house looking great for photos and viewings (in particular how to “thin out” some of the furniture) and worked with us to identify what type of house showing options would work best for us and for prospective buyers. The photographer and web designer he used were excellent- and overall the web and media presence he created was among the best we had seen and we received overwhelming positive feedback from our friends and family. Ours was a very unique house in an already niche market in Streetsville, but there was a steady stream of showings and several offers which David provided advice on over the two months the house was on the market before the right buyer and final offer came in. Selling our house was stressful and emotional for us, and it hindsight it is clear that every piece of advice David gave us was exactly right for us. He and his team worked exceptionally hard for us through the process and deserved every penny they earned on this sale. They are also honest, knowledgeable, and kind.
